These terms form the agreement between you and Casino New Brunswick, operated under a Curaçao-licensed international casino model for players located in Canada. Registering an account means you accept them. Read them before you deposit, not after a withdrawal gets held.
Where a specific promotion carries its own rules, those rules win over anything written here. Where the cashier displays a limit that differs from a figure on this page, the cashier is current.
Who Can Open an Account
You must be 19 or older. That’s the legal gambling age in New Brunswick, and it applies to online play the same way it applies to a venue floor.
You must also be:
- Acting for yourself, with your own money, not on behalf of anyone else.
- Located in a country where our services are available. The current restricted list appears during registration.
- Free of any active self-exclusion with us.
One account per person, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed, and bonus winnings generated on them are void.
Registration and Verification
Give real details at sign-up. A name that doesn’t match your ID, or an address that doesn’t match your bank record, will stall your first withdrawal and nothing else will unstick it.
We request verification documents before a payout is released, and sometimes earlier when a deposit pattern triggers a check. Expect to send:
- Government photo ID, valid and fully visible.
- Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
- A masked image of the card or wallet you deposited with, showing only the first six and last four digits.
Documents are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours in most cases. Accounts that stay unverified more than 30 days after the request may be suspended until the paperwork arrives. Verification also protects you: it stops anyone else from cashing out of your account.

Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with wherever the provider allows it. Crypto payouts are final once broadcast to the network, so check the address twice before you confirm.

Every promotion carries its own conditions, and those conditions beat the baselines below if the two disagree. Check the offer page before you deposit, because a qualifying deposit made on the wrong terms can’t be re-labelled afterwards.

Welcome package

Game contribution varies. Slots usually count in full, table and live titles count at a reduced rate, and some games are excluded from wagering outright. The Bonus Wagering icon in the lobby shows which titles qualify. Free spins apply to selected slots rather than the whole catalogue, and each batch carries its own validity period.
What voids a bonus
- Placing a single bet above C$8 while wagering is still active.
- Clearing wagering on an excluded game.
- Duplicate accounts, or coordinated play across several accounts.
- Low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering without real exposure, such as covering both sides of a table game.
- Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete, which forfeits the remaining bonus funds.

VIP Programme
VIP points come from eligible real-money play and deposits across slots, live casino, table games, jackpots and other qualifying areas. Levels run from Bronze through Silver, Gold and Platinum to Diamond.
Benefits can include weekly cashback, deposit insurance, birthday gifts, exclusive events, higher payout limits and personal VIP support. Level requirements and rewards can change, and we notify affected players before a change lands. VIP status is a loyalty extra, not a reason to increase your bet size.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Game outcomes come from certified RNG software or from live studio equipment, with eCOGRA certification supporting the fairness and security standards behind them. Neither we nor the game provider can alter a result once a round has started.
You may not use bots, automated staking scripts, or software that exploits a fault in a game. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and stakes are returned. Winnings created by a technical fault aren’t payable, and we’ll identify the affected round when we tell you.
Abusive behaviour towards support staff or live dealers can lead to account closure with no further notice.
Closing, Suspending and Dormant Accounts
You can close your account whenever you like through live chat or email. Remaining real-money funds are returned once verification is complete. Active bonus funds are forfeited on closure.
We can suspend an account where we suspect fraud, underage play, duplicate registration, a chargeback, or a breach of these terms. We’ll tell you the reason unless a legal duty stops us.
An account with no login for 12 months is treated as dormant. A monthly administration fee of C$5 may then apply to a dormant balance, and it will never push the balance below zero. Logging back in ends dormancy immediately.
Complaints and Disputes
Start with 24/7 live chat or email. Most payment and bonus questions get settled there, usually within a single conversation.
If the first answer doesn’t resolve it, ask in writing for the complaint to be escalated. We respond within 14 days with a decision and the reasoning behind it. Complaints still unresolved after that can be taken to our licensing authority, whose contact details we provide on request.
Liability
We’re responsible for running the platform as described here. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, your bank’s decisions about a payment, or your own gambling choices.

Changes to These Terms
We update this page when licensing rules, payment providers or promotional structures change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes go out by email to registered players at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to play after that date means you accept the new version.
